Biography 1951- San Angelo, Texas  –  Lives in Atlanta, Georgia
I am an artist, designer, writer, speaker and workshop leader. I have three degrees in art and design and I have taught at four different universities. I have sold almost a million dollars worth of things I made from dirt as a ceramic artist. I am an expert on the ancient art of the potters wheel. I transitioned to digital around 2000. You can see my evolution as an artist in the video above. My latest creation is this book tilted: Creative Imagination. Unlock Your Creative Power, Create the Life You Want.

I was a four handicap golfer in high school and throughout my golfing adventure, I’ve had two holes in one and an Albatross which is a very rare hole in one on a 322 yard par four and I did it with a ONE iron! (#12 @ Stevens Park in Dallas, Tx.) I taught Photoshop at the Newark Museum of Art. I taught art at Texas Tech University, The University of Dallas, University of Texas at Dallas, and Kean University in Union, New Jersey.

I led a team of twenty five Brazilian artists to produce a twenty two foot ceramic mural at the Federal university of Santa Catarina Brazil funded with grants from the US State Department and Partners of the Americas. I also had a two year museum tour of my work in Brazil paid for by the US State Department.

I have worked as a designer with the Guggenheim Museum, the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia and the Museum of Modern Art in NY.
I was Mr. Mom for three years when my boys were two and four - hardest job I ever had, best job I ever had.

I worked as art director and creative manager at an agency on Madison ave in NY for fourteen years. My award winning design - “Memories of the past, Visions of the Future,” for the 2007 NEA convention is one of the largest printed on canvas images in the world at 235 feet wide x 35 feet high.
I have navigated the road of life only to discover that we are living in heaven already, but if you don’t know that, you will create whatever scenario you choose. But most of us don’t know that we are choosing in every moment and if you don’t know that you are choosing in every moment, life will seem very chaotic depending on what’s happening in your imagination. Choose your life with your imagination!
